What you actually get in a €300 business website

    August 20, 20267 min read

When you request a quote for a website, you can receive very different proposals. Some include only the design. Others also include the copy, publishing or additional features. If you only look at the price, you cannot really compare them.

For a small company, the right question is not “how cheaply can I build a website?” but “what does the website need to do for my business?”.

If you run a manufacturing company, a workshop, a distribution company or provide B2B services, you may not need a complicated platform. You need a place where a potential customer can understand what you sell, who you work for and how to contact you.

At VIBEZ, the business website package starts at €300 for 3 pages. Let us look at what you actually get, what is not included in that price and when it is worth expanding the website.

    Which pages are included

The basic package has a simple structure:

    • Homepage: explains what the company does, who it serves and its main products or services.
    • Product or service page: presents the company's offer in more detail so visitors understand what they can buy.
    • Contact page: provides the information needed to get in touch with the company.

This structure can be enough for a business selling one main service or a narrow product category.

For example, if you manufacture metal fabrications for industrial customers, the homepage can explain the types of work you carry out. The services page can present your manufacturing capabilities, materials and the types of projects you accept. The contact page can display your phone number, email address and location.

You do not have to squeeze the company's entire catalogue onto the homepage. But there is no point creating separate pages just to make the website look bigger either.

The design is tailored to the company

A business website is not just text placed over some photographs.

Visitors must be able to understand the information without searching through complicated menus. Headings should clearly explain the services. Buttons must be visible. Photographs should show what you offer, not just fill space.

The package includes custom design and adaptation for desktop, tablet and phone.

That does not mean every website needs complex animations or spectacular effects. For a B2B company, real photographs, clear technical descriptions and an easy-to-follow structure are often more important.

If a customer is looking for a window and door supplier, they want to know which systems you work with, where you deliver and how to request a quote. The design should support this process, not complicate it.

    Copy and content are included

One common problem in website development arises when clients are asked to prepare all the copy themselves.

You have the information about the company, but you may not have time to turn it into website content.

At VIBEZ, the package includes copywriting and content creation for the contracted pages. We start with information about your activity, products, services and customers, and organise it into a form suitable for the website.

That does not mean the agency can invent technical specifications, certifications or completed projects.

To get things right, we need real information from the company:

    • Which products or services you offer.
    • Which customers you target.
    • What sets you apart from the alternatives.
    • Which areas you work in.
    • Which photographs, catalogues or materials you have available.

We can help with writing and structure, but you need to validate the commercial and technical information.

    What basic SEO means

SEO means optimising the website for search engines.

The business website package includes basic SEO elements: page organisation, relevant titles and content structured so that each page's subject is clear.

For example, a page about metal gates should explain that service, rather than have a vague title such as “Our solutions”.

However, basic SEO does not mean an ongoing SEO campaign.

It does not automatically include extensive research for every product category, regularly published articles, backlink building or guarantees of Google rankings.

A website can be built correctly from a technical perspective without automatically reaching the top results for every search.

What the €300 package does not include

This is worth paying attention to, whichever agency you choose.

A business website is not the same as a customer management application or an online shop.

The basic VIBEZ package does not implicitly include:

    • A working contact form or advanced forms.
    • Integration with a CRM, ERP or invoicing software.
    • Product configurators and price calculators.
    • An online shop, shopping cart or payments.
    • Automated bookings and other custom workflows.
    • Google Ads or Meta Ads campaigns.

The contact page is included, but that does not mean you automatically receive a contact form too.

The domain and hosting also need to be clarified separately. A website needs infrastructure to work publicly, and the associated costs should not be confused with the development price.

If you need additional features, these are discussed before quoting.

When it is worth adding pages

A company selling very different products may need more than a general services page.

Suppose you manufacture gates, fences, railings and metal structures. If each category has different specifications, photographs and customers, separate pages can make the offer easier to understand.

For additional pages from the fourth through the tenth, VIBEZ's public rate is €75 per page. For larger structures, check the pricing schedule and the project-specific quote.

Do not add pages just to increase the website's size. Each page should address a real need.

A dedicated page makes sense when you can explain a sufficiently different product, have relevant materials and the visitor would benefit from separate information.

What to prepare before the project starts

You do not need a complicated document. But you should be able to answer a few questions.

    • What does the customer need to understand about your company?
    • Which products or services matter most?
    • Which questions do you often receive before a quote?
    • Which real photographs can you provide?
    • How do you want to be contacted?
    • Who checks the copy and information before publication?

Ideally, you also choose someone in the company to consolidate feedback.

If each change is discussed separately by several colleagues, the project becomes hard to coordinate, however simple the website is.

How to tell whether the package is enough

The basic package makes sense if you want to clearly present your company, services and contact details, without complex commercial features.

But if customers need to configure products, receive automatically calculated prices, submit structured enquiries or track orders online, those are already additional features.

That is not a reason to abandon the website. It is a reason to separate what you need now from what you can develop later.

A simple, well-organised website can be a better fit than a large platform you do not have the resources to maintain.

    Where to start

Start with the company's actual offer and the information the customer needs to find. Only then decide on the pages and features.
